In June, Justin.TV started TwitchTV, the portal live streaming video games community for gamers. It was an interesting move considering video companies do not really consider any verticals so far. But it looks like step start to bear fruit. Twitch. TV is growing like gangbusters and posted 8 million unique visitors worldwide in July.

Twitch .TV saw 1 billion minutes of viewing in July, with doubling of traffic. Of course this is far from YouTube billions views a day. But recently the vertical niche, it's still impressive.

TwitchTV for the background of various games and competitions especially platforms with top players, tournaments, and comments. The platform aims to be a one-stop-shop for live video for "eSports" Justin.TV said is associated with the competitive video games.

Twitch. TV also recently debuted game developer partner program and is currently 500 all partners through the program.

The platform also focused on the massive success of Machinima, another site online video games, which is witnessing a major traction among gamers.
